International HI-TECH 2025 Exhibition of High Technologies and Innovations in Science and Technology was held in Saint-Petersburg on April 9-11, 2025.

A wide range of BSTU developments was on display at the collective stand of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus. ?

The exhibition agenda included various side events, among them “Best Innovative Project and Best Development of the Year” contest.

The following developments of our scholars were highly rated by the contest jury and granted high awards:

• Functional glass for fibre optics (Grand Prix) by Mikhail Dyadenko, Head of BSTU Research Department, PhD (Engineering); scientific advisor – Ivan Levitskiy, D.Sc. (Engineering), Professor, Department of Technology of Glass, Ceramics and Binding Materials;
• Technology of complex cleaning of extracted phosphoric acid to obtain feed and technical phosphates (II Class Diploma, Silver Medal) by Andrei Gavrilyuk, Associate Professor, Department of Technology of Inorganic Substances and General Chemical Technology; Mark Mokhort, PhD student, Department of Technology of Inorganic Substances and General Chemical Technology; scientific advisor – Oleg Dormeshkin, D.Sc. (Engineering), Professor, Department of Technology of Inorganic Substances and General Chemical Technology.
