10. Protocol statement of the department meeting on the relevance, quality and scope of the research independently done by the applicant?

9. Plan of timeline and progress of doctoral dissertation?
10. References by two Doctors of Science working in a related study field. The references shall evaluate the relevance of the future dissertation, the dissertation plan and its timeline
